Wheat flour – 260 g
Sugar – 410 gr
Cocoa powder – 90 g
Soda – 2 tsp.
Salt – 1 tsp.
Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
Milk – 300 ml
Vegetable oil – 240 ml
Hot water – 100 ml
Vanillin – 1 tsp.
Condensed milk with sugar – 240 ml
Chocolate – 130g
Cream 32-35% – 300 ml
Powdered sugar – 90 grams
Cocoa powder – 5 g
Chocolate chips – to taste

How to make chocolate cake

In a deep bowl, add the sifted flour, baking soda, sugar, 85 g of cocoa powder, salt and mix.
Add the chicken eggs, 300 ml of milk, vegetable oil, vanillin and beat well with a mixer.
Continuously stirring, slowly pour 100 ml of hot water into the batter and mix thoroughly.
The baking dish grease with vegetable oil and pour the prepared batter into it.
Preheat oven to 160 Β° C and bake the cake for 45-50 minutes until tender. Check if the cake is ready with a toothpick sticking it into the center of the cake. Take out the toothpick, it should stay dry.

Spread the whipped cream evenly over the surface of the cake.
Sprinkle the cake with the chocolate chips and leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
