This smoothie is packed with vegetables that will definitely fill your stomach and keep those allergies at bay. Tweak the flavours according to your liking and add any other vegetable if you like.
Ingredients
- 3 cups roma tomatoes, or any other would do
- 1 cup parsley, roughly chopped
- 1 medium avocado
- 3-4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups ice or ready crushed ice
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. red onion, chopped
- A little bit of chili
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
Place all of the ingredients into the blender and blitz at a high speed. If using crushed ice then add it directly to the glass.
