- 1 banana, preferably frozen
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, whole
- 1 tbsp. flaxseed or 1 tsp. flaxseed powder
- 1 cup almond milk or rice milk
- Mint leaves, for garnish
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse on high for about 20-30 seconds. Garnish with a mint sprig.
